Michael Bryany

Michael Bryant is the founder and principal of CTS Incorporated, a Baltimore based human resource consulting firm, and is an adjunct trainer for SMBC Incorporated.  Since 1981, Michael has worked with organizations throughout the Baltimore/Washington corridor. His focus is on facilitating organizational change by teaching others how to improve communication, share accurate information, and more effectively involve others in organizational decisions. Michael clients include Mercy Hospital, University of Maryland School of Law, Southland Corporation, Baltimore Museum of Industry and Manekin Corporation.  Michael and his business were the subject of four-page profile in the February 1997 issue of Inc. Magazine.  A graduate of West Chester (PA) University, Michael lives in Baltimore with his wife, Nancy and their three children.
